Would institutes of higher education be eligible as the nonprofit entity? I joined late so pardon me if this has been addressed.
Tracy @Candid

I have a collaborative project that has been ongoing for several years where the lead artist has been volunteering her time and donating all materials. Would she be eligible to apply to get this continuing project funded? Or does it need to be a brand new project? Could she possibly add on a new dimension to the project, if it does need to be new?
Tracy @Candid
38:10
Thanks, Dana, we'll share the question with Frances during Q&A.
Dana Turner

To be more competitive, would you recommend asking for less funding? For example, if we submit for $45k, would you ever reduce our award amount to $30k or should we apply for $30k to begin with?
Tracy @Candid
44:31
Hi Kristal, Frances mentioned earlier not to undersell yourself if it takes more funding to get the work done, but I can share your question with her!
